On 27 December 2025, Apnipathshala conducted a strategic technology roadmap meeting to align leadership, the core tech team, and external technical expertise on priorities for 2026. The discussion focused on strengthening existing platforms, initiating new product development, and scaling the tech team to support Apnipathshala’s long-term vision.

The meeting brought together key stakeholders:

  • Roshan, Tech Consultant and Developer from Malpani Ventures

The aution strategies for Apna OS, SSS (Student Safety Software), AI initiatives, and PMS (POD Management System), alongside hiring and team development.

Key Outcomes and Strategic Decisions
 Apna OS: Building a Unified Learning System

Apna OS emerged as a flagship initiative for 2026. The team agreed to:   

  • Prepare a detailed requirements and feature list
  • Conduct focused brainstorming on ISE (Integrated Studying Environment)
  • Set up a dedicated R&D team to handle technical exploration
  • Initiate development by end of January
  • Target a 3-month development timeline
  • The long-term goal is ambitious yet impactful:
    Enable any PC to be transformed into an “Apna PC” through Apna OS, ensuring accessibility, control, and a student-centric learning environment.

SSS: Testing, Integration, and Optimization

To enhance system stability and scalability, the following actions were confirmed:

Testing to begin within two weeks

Pilot implementations at:

  • NCT PODS
  • LFP Tardeo PODS
  • Integration and evaluation with Nexus / SafeInternet

Research into a new and improved RMM solution, with a focus on reliability and performance

These steps aim to strengthen system security, monitoring, and operational efficiency.

AI: Phase-Wise Development for Student Impact

AI initiatives will move forward using a phase-wise development approach.

  • Phase 1 will focus on building an AI-powered extension to address basic learning challenges faced by students

This measured approach ensures that AI development remains practical, scalable, and aligned with real educational needs.

PMS: Ownership and Stability

The PMS platform is now live, marking an important milestone. To ensure continuity:

  • Tara has taken ownership of monitoring, maintenance, and minor bug fixes
  • This transition ensures faster turnaround and deeper in-house understanding of the system

Hiring and Team Growth

To support upcoming initiatives:

  • Roshan will lead tech hiring for Apnipathshala
  • The focus will be on strengthening the team to meet product and scalability demands in 2026
