3. How to Buy Apna PC (Registration-First Purchase)

To purchase Apna PC, customers must complete the registration process on the Website.

What happens after registration
  • After you submit the registration form, the Scogo support team (or authorised representative) will contact you within 5-6 working hours.
  • The team will confirm:
    • Final pricing
    • Configuration details
    • Estimated delivery timeline
    • Delivery charges based on your location
Why is pricing not displayed on the website?
  • PC component prices may change due to market fluctuations.
  • Delivery charges vary by location.
  • Final pricing is shared after registration to ensure accuracy and transparency.
4. Orders and Confirmation
  • An order is considered confirmed only after advance payment is received and acknowledged.
  • We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders due to suspected fraud, incorrect details, stock limitations, or other operational reasons. If payment is already received, the refund will be processed as per the Refund/Cancellation Policy.
5. Pricing, Taxes, and Charges
  • Prices may include or exclude GST depending on the quote shared. The final quote will clearly specify taxes and charges.
  • Delivery/handling charges (if applicable) will be stated in the final quote.
6. Payment Terms
  • Advance payment is mandatory to confirm the order.
  • No EMI option is available.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
  • Orders are processed only after advance payment confirmation.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by the Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, courier constraints, or force majeure events.

8. Warranty and Support (Service Partner – Scogo)

We have partnered with Scogo Networks to manage technical support and complaint handling for Apna PC users.

Scogo may support customers with:

  • Technical issue resolution
  • Warranty-related assistance
  • Complaint and service request management
  • Post-purchase coordination and support

Warranty coverage (including exclusions) will be shared during confirmation and/or included with the product documentation.

9. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact, delivery, and identification details.
  • Use the product lawfully and responsibly.
  • Follow product setup, safety, and usage instructions.
  • Maintain safe custody of the device after delivery.
10. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Refund / Cancellation Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
